How does it work?

The I Love Cruising Cruise Fare Safety Net applies to customers who’ve booked a cruise on www.ilovecruising.com.au 

If after making your online reservation with us you find a lower fare on another website, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll price-match or beat it either by discounting your balance or adding value* to your booking.

The quote must be genuine, in writing and obtained by you, from an ATAS Accredited Travel Agency or cruise line in Australia.  All information regarding the quote provider must be evident on each page of the quote document.  

The cruise fare must relate to standard and scheduled cruise departures (Charters, Special Group Allocations, Packages or distressed inventory, corporate or group membership do not qualify).  

The cruise fare must be available and in the identical cabin category, (with the same inclusions) on the same sailing.

Our consultants must be able to verify validity of each submission. 

The Cruise Fare Safety Net is only available to Australian citizens / Permanent Residences.
